Quality Assurance Administrator

As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will be working with a unique and gifted team developing exciting products for customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, the Quality Assurance Administrator will administer and/or maintain the Quality system to support the product development and production of electromechanical devices and consumables.
This person will review and approve various types of quality system and production records, and may assist in the generation of quality system records.
The individual will collaborate with various groups, including Assay Development, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Quality Assurance personnel that has supported development and commercialization.
Responsibilities Review and approve quality records such as incoming inspection, supplier files, and lot history travelers.
Review for completeness quality records such as CAPAs, NCMRs, and Complaints.
May perform or assist complaint or CAPA investigations, and / or complete CAPA effectiveness checks.
Maintain the approved supplier list and work with suppliers to obtain the required documentation.
May perform or assist with supplier auditing, including desktop and on-site factory audits.
Administer and/or assist in administering and maintaining the training and document control systems (both paper and electronic systems).
Maintains controlled documents (both paper and electronic records), including but not limited to training records, change orders, document revisions, supplier records, purchase orders, receiving records, inspection records, NCMRs, CAPAs, complaints, etc.
Administer and/or assist in administering the CAPA and complaint systems Manages the equipment calibration and preventative maintenance programs, including scheduling and review and approval of the records Supports internal and external audit follow-ups, issue tracking and closure May prepare, maintain, and review internal policies, procedures, systems, and processes, to ensure compliance to product requirements and international regulatory requirements and guidelines Assist QA management in monitoring and driving key performance quality metrics Ensure quality directives and policies are effective and implement action to ensure complianceOur team is dedicated to supporting new members.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
