Sr. Staff Product Manager

Product manager will work closely with senior business development, product lifecycle management and engineering team member to understand current and emerging technology surrounding cloud storage system. Define new feature, solution and product opportunity, and will lead product requirement definition and product planning. This position will be responsible for assessment of potential new market, product feature requirement, product roadmap definition and maintenance, product life cycle planning, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activity and product launch. Activities may include technical sales support, product advertising and promotion, planning, developing and implementing multiple channel programs, and directing the development of company market requirement for specific product.
Requirements
Ten or more years combined customer, business and product development experience. Able to understand and lead analysis of the relevant software components of the storage stack, customer requirements, industry technology players, and competitive solutions. Demonstrated strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Education
BS degree in engineering or a technology related field or MBA degree preferred.
