We are seeking a talented process manager to lead and manage key improvements and new ways of working for the Employee Relations team globally. This role will be essential in helping us achieve operational excellence while providing our employees and partners with a world-class ER experience. This individual will be responsible for sensitive ER processes and ER data reporting and therefore data accuracy and attention to detail is paramount for this role to champion. This role will also work cross-functionally with internal partners to develop, implement and maintain programs that will support our Employee Relations team members to do the best work of their lives. Examples of these initiatives vary from creating and streamlining ER processes as well as supporting smaller regional specific projects that impact the employee experience and transform how we work in ER.
Education & ExperienceBachelor s degree or equivalent years of experiencePay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
