Job summaryAmazon Web Services is looking for Build and Release Engineers to re-define the way we release our in-house network operating system to support customers to scale without limit on the largest, most reliable global infrastructure.
We are looking for an innovative, self-motivated Engineer with a proven background in building and releasing large scale software.
In this role the Engineer will be a hands-on technical lead responsible for all phases of the software build and release cycle.
The Engineer will maintain a CI/CD model for software releases.
You will use your strong communication skills to work with customers.
The role requires strong leadership skills to mentor other engineers and provide training and support for our technologies.

Key job responsibilitiesOperational work for building and releasing software, such as creating and maintaining the build pipelines, triggering automated tests, reporting test failures.
Managing the code and branching model in the source control system (GIT)Maintaining codebase integrity, including check-in validation rules and branch/merge processesCoordinating release contentManaging daily/weekly reporting.
Maintaining software documentation to include information about stable release versions, resolved bugs, and release notes.
A day in the lifeAs a Build and Release Engineer, you will help to build and release Amazon's proprietary software to internal customers.

About the teamThe build and release team works closely with QA, engineering, product and program teams to ensure that we are enforcing a quality and timely release of the Amazon's proprietary software to our customers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
