Technical Marketing Engineer, Sr. Staff
Juniper / Mist is a Gartner magic quadrant and market leader delivering cloud AI services to enterprise IT and line of business (LOB) customers. This position will be focused on supporting Mist's Line of Business cloud services and the under-lying location technology and analytics for those services. This role will focus on working directly with the enterprise sales team, customers and ecosystem partners with the goal of developing comprehensive location solutions that can be deployed with minimal effort, positioned by our sales team and compliments our cloud services for IT buyers. Responsibilities and Duties Deliver referenceable LOB customers Products. Be the technical lead on defining, testing, and validating new and existing LOB solutions, including whole product solutions. Applications:
Research LOB partner ecosystems to build partner relationships, investigate competitor solutions, and develop comprehensive LOB solutions Marketing. As part of the team, develop referenceable LOB customers and content for collateral, web-sites, articles, presentations, etc. Training. Be the source of content for training internal and external sales or application engineers. Engineering. Work with engineering to establish technical product specifications are designed into new products based on customer and industry. Required Qualifications EE/CS Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience ) 3-5 years of experience in engineering or product management with experience with location technology and the indoor location market Work with and influence internal resources, without direct control over those resources. Good blank sheet of paper problem solving skills Ability to listen, understand, and interpret customer requirements. Ability to balance customer requests with internal capabilities. Work cross-geography language and time barriers. Work well in fast-paced agile cloud development environment. Travel up to 20% of the time, including international for customer visits, sometimes troubleshooting.
