HCA needed M-F 8a-8p
We are looking for an experienced HCA to help with a female client in Cupertino, by South Blaney Ave.
Care is M-F 8a-8p.
Client is in her 60's, 4'9 and 85 Ilbs.
Has suffered through a stroke and heart attack, leaving the right side of her body weak.
Client is in a wheelchair needing assistance with full on transfers and safety supervision.
Help with personal/incontinence care:
bathing/dressing, hyenine, ambulation, PT exercises, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep and socialization.
She loves to watch her favorite TV shows and when the weather is nice, go out for a stroll in the wheelchair.
She has a schedule laid out by her family that helps prioritize her care.

Help clients with Medication reminders.
Assist clients with errands and to doctors appointmentsAssist clients with personal care and hygiene.
Help clients with ROM and physical therapy exercise.
Help client with transfers, stand by assistance and safety supervision.
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own.
Salary:
$24 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
